When saving a resume into Résuméfox , it can detect if the resume being saved is already present in the database. A combination of candidate's key identification is used for this purpose. Once such a potential duplicate is found, Résuméfox offers three choices. You may discard the resume being saved, use it to update the existing one in the database, or add it as new resume (there is always a possibility of a genuinely new candidate with similar identifying parameters).
