Good recruitment is always a collaborative effort when several people get involved, geographically distributed at times, in different roles and functions. Also, organization can have varying number of job requirements and the number of candidates handled also varies.

Résuméfox is built on the Microsoft's .Net platform . It is architected such that it can be comfortably used by a very small organization of about 10 people to organizations with thousands of people. Résuméfox has been architected such that it can handle the different load levels (users, requirements, candidates, usage, etc.) effectively and gives a decent performance so that users don't feel that the system is 'too slow!'.

The server components of Résuméfox can be distributed across multiple machines, if required, to meet performance requirements.
