Research shows
that the first search most recruiters do today is based on
the skill keywords present in the resumes. Most Resume Management
tools expect the users to identify all the important keywords
in each of the resumes and store them in the database. Worse,
since identification of skills within resumes is not a trivial
job, experienced recruiters alone have to do that. This being
a very time consuming and laborious task, no recruiter will
be willing to undertake it with enthusiasm.
Wild Search technology powers Résuméfox to
search through the contents of resumes (not necessarily in
any pre-defined formats) and relieves the recruiters of such
laborious and time-consuming task. It is capable of searching
through hundreds of thousands of resume documents in a few
seconds without anyone having spent even a single second on
data entry.
Wild search lets you specify the combination of keywords
using AND, OR, and NOT operators and you can use any regular
expression using brackets (if you are more mathematically
inclined!) to exactly hit on only the right resumes. In addition,
you can easily filter out candidates who have only mentioned
keywords but don't have any real work experience in those
skill areas.
Wild-Search can also be used in combination with regular
database search (Combined Search) to further improve the quality
of the search results.
